Enterprise Signing Credit Terms

For net new Enterprise Customers who sign an Order Form with a Monthly Minimum Commitment between 10/13/2026 and 10/31/2026: Fish Audio will grant a one-time credit equal to one (1) month of the Customer’s Monthly Minimum Commitment, or three (3) months if the Customer is switching to Fish Audio from another voice AI provider and signs an Order Form with an initial term of at least twelve (12) months (the “Signing Credit”). Switching Customers must provide reasonable evidence of their prior provider, such as a recent invoice. The Signing Credit is issued on the Effective Date of the Order Form and applied against fees invoiced under the Order Form, beginning with the first invoice, until fully used. One Signing Credit per Customer. The Signing Credit has no cash value, is non-transferable, expires at the end of the initial term, is not re-issued on renewal, and is subject to the same terms as the Order Form.
